Quotes and Estimates

All prices provided through our website chat or by phone are estimates only. A final quote will be provided after a physical inspection of the work required. Estimates given by our AI assistant are based on typical job costs and may vary depending on access, materials, and the condition of your roof.

Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust a quote if the scope of work changes or if hidden damage is discovered during the job.

Booking and Cancellation

Work is confirmed when you accept our written quote. You may cancel at any time before work begins at no cost. If you cancel after work has started, you will be charged for materials purchased and work completed to that point.

Our Guarantees

All repair work is guaranteed for 12 months. Full reroofs are guaranteed for 20 years covering both materials and workmanship. Flat roof installations are guaranteed for the lifetime of the membrane system. Guarantees are provided in writing upon completion of the work.

Guarantees do not cover damage caused by storms, third-party interference, structural movement, or failure to maintain guttering and drainage as advised.

Insurance

Hall's Roofing carries £5 million public liability insurance. A copy of our insurance certificate is available on request before any work begins. All work is carried out in accordance with current building regulations.

Payment

Payment terms will be agreed in writing before work begins. For larger jobs, we may require a deposit for materials. Final payment is due on completion of the work. We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments.
